[wow all that sure is happening! buzen will be jogging around, looking for people - and when he spots monika he'll wander right on up to her speedily]

[everything sure did happen! she looks relieved to see he's okay enough to be jogging around.]

[a gondola will drift upward toward the edge of the canal - but rather than some faceless person drifting along to steer it, it's... buzen!

and he's humming a song - when he gets to the actual lyrics, his voice sounds pretty good]

Monika giggles and takes his hand, moving to carefully step onto the gondola.]

Fuhaha, one of my comrades wants to be an idol - so we end up practicing with him a lot. Not to mention we end up on stage now and then...

Monika is sitting on one of the boats, looking out into the water with thoughtful look on her face. She turns her head in Buzen's direction when she catches a glimpse of him from the corner of her eyes, though.]

[buzen's gaze flicks to the canal briefly before looking back to her and then, he nods in greeting]

I'm going to ask something, and it might be a little scary - but I won't let anything hurt you. [that's a cool lead up, isn't it] Do you... see anyone? Out there, on the water.

... Huh?

[HELLO??? That is. A lead up. Monika freezes for a moment, before she quickly turns to the water — and then she relaxes. Not entirely, though.]

I don't see anyone, Zen. What are you seeing?

week one, saturday.

[I'M SHAKING... where's buzen!! monika will go looking for him after the real slim shady refuses to stand up.]

[outside cathedral! he's just hanging out

when he sees monika approach, he offers up a cautious smile like he's not sure if she wants to see him]

[she watches him, frowning.]

[buzen is at the park! but instead of running around, he seems to be looking over some wildflowers? he's got a small pile of them in front of him as he sits - though when he notices monika coming, he immediately cracks a smile, emotions lightening into a wave of genuine happiness to see her]

Yo, Moni-chan. Oh - just to ask right off the bat, is it okay if I bite you? No worries if not.

[HELP. she's happy to see him at first. except, he asks for permission to bite her, and her emotions immediately — first to surprise, which then transforms into embarrassment. her face flushes as she stares at him.]

What? U-Um... You're following that weird rule?

[HELPPPPP it's fine. she has honestly been walking around, concentrating, like she's trying to get a single bar of reception on a shitty phone. every now and then, she will stop to look around just in case she spots any deadzos.
